Calibration of leaving factory: Soft annealing to 225HB at most.
Characteristic: This steel belongs to high chrome stainless steel of acid-resistant performance. The mould is much wearable after hardened, excellent in cutting and polishing.
Use: It is adapted for any acid plastic mould, such as PVC products, for manufacturing transparent plastic mould, such as optical products and so on.
Forging: Forge it from 1050℃ to 850℃ and then back to furnace to cool it slowly.
Anneal: Cool to 800-850℃ in furnace or cool to 600℃ in air. The hardness can reach to 225HB.
Stress removing: Heat up to 650℃ and preserve for 1-2h.
Quenching: Cool to 1000-1050℃ in oil or in air; then reduce to 50-70℃ and back fire immediately. (The hardness can reach to 55-57HRC.)
Backfire: Back fire immediately in 200-250℃in furnace after quenching. The time can not be less than 2-2.5h.
Welding: It is allowed to weld but as less as possible.
