As added 1％ nickel, the pre-hardness is good; the performance of quenching is improved; and it is evenly distributed in hardness. This steel is mostly applied in large plastic dies and mould frames, like automobile bumper, TV crust mould and so on, as well as for producing high-smoothness dies, including PS and ABS, etc..
