The hardness of HPM2 reaches to HCR29-33℃. It may be directly used for die production. No heat treatment is necessary. Even for large material, it is also balanced in hardness. With the good properties of being shaved, withstand strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, it is adapted for making large plastic dies.

Application: opaque molding dies (TV dies, dies for the crust of air conditioner), parts for automobile, general resin products, clamps and so on.

Characteristics: excellent in cutting; no heat treatment is necessary; even in hardness.
