The HPM50 steel has good properties of polishing and EDM.
1. The surface after treated is so good that it can substitute flowers corrosion.
2. The surface hardness can not be increased after EDM, simplifying succedent procedure. It is even in organization, excellent in flexibility and mechanical properties, and most adapted for precision flowers corrosion.

Application:
1. dies for mirror surface polishing: bottle cover, die for transparent crust of household electrical apparatus, cosmetic vessel;
2. precision machining equipments: OA equipments, parts for automobile;
