Calibration of leaving factory: Pre-harden until it is 1000-1100N/ mm2(31-35HRC).
Characteristic: This steel can reach to31-35HRC after heat treatment. It is easy to process and polish. The content of chrome reaches 16％. With the excellent performance of being anticorrosive, it is more effective to PVC products, much easier to reach the cleanness of mirror surface.
Use: It is adapted for any plastic mould that contacts with chemical matters, transparent plastic product or any mould for corrosive products.
Forging: Forge it from 1050℃ to 850℃ and then back to furnace to cool it slowly.
Anneal: Cool to 800-850℃ in air or cool to 600℃ in furnace. The hardness can reach to 285HB.
Quenching: Cool to 1000-1050℃ in oil or in air.
Backfire: Back fire immediately in 600-700℃ or 170-210℃ after quenching. The time can not be less than 2-2.5h.
Welding: It is allowed to weld but as less as possible.
